Where are the minutes from the last meeting? According to the bylaws of the Iowa Arabian Horse Association (IA-AHA), minutes cannot be distributed until approved by the board of directors. This approval process always happens at the next board meeting.Below is a schedule of all meetings for 2011 and the corresponding minutes.
