Why join IaAHA?
Share the passion and appreciation of great horses with others through the Iowa Arabian Horse Association (IaAHA) club membership and a national membership with the Arabian Horse Association (AHA). As a club member, you can participate in all club-sponsored activities, groups, meetings, and shows that promote the Arabian breed. Ownership of a horse is not a requirement of membership!
Join a community of Arabian horse enthusiasts. No matter your discipline, AHA offers programs and activities for you—plus member discounts and a strong network of owners, breeders, and clubs to connect with and enjoy your horses.
Each year, the Iowa Arabian Horse Association calculates points earned by horse and rider combinations throughout the showing season, providing recognition of their excellence at the year-end Awards Banquet.
IaAHA offers club level scholarship opportunities for graduating high school seniors and continuing education members. Scholarship recipients are announced each year at the Iowa Fall Society Horse Extravaganza.
The Iowa Arabian Horse Association Queen Contest takes place at the annual Iowa Fall Society Horse Extravaganza. Winners of the Junior Queen & Senior Queen contests will represent the Iowa Arabian Horse Association at the Iowa State Fair Cowgirl Queen Contest in the following August.
